PLEASE NOTE: NO PUBLIC COURT HIRE HAWKSBURN TENNIS CLUB IS A MEMBER ONLY CLUB At present, until March 31st, we are not accepting new members. However, we do have an ADVANCE PAY VISITOR option explained under the membership section. LOCAL COURTS WHICH DO HIRE BY THE HOUR INCLUDE:

Malvern Tennis Centre (03) 9509 0030 (both mod grass) or
Prahran Essex Street hard courts $9 per half hour (03) 8290 7140

Since 1913

Club land was donated in 1913 by some exceptional benefactors and we joined the ltav to play pennant.
originally asphalt the 3 courts were changed to en touT cas in the mid 1930's. COURTS BELONG TO THE CLUB MEMBERS AND NOT THE LOCAL COUNCIL.
the old clubhouse was updated in the 1990's under the stewarDship of prahran mayor and architect david cran
