Hawksburn Tennis Club

Members

* Make your bookings up to 1 month in advance via tennisvenues.com.au/booking/hawksburn-tc.
* Please be fair with your booking timings to not leave courts empty for too long.
* Cancel bookings as early as possible so others can use the courts when you can't play.
* Don't book courts for coaching as this is the coaches responsibility and impacts court fees.
* Members must play within the Rules and Code of Conduct of the club.

Visitors

* Non-members cannot book courts as this is a members-only club.
* Members must book courts to play with non-members.
* Members must pay a $10 fee per Visitor (to be paid at the time of booking).

Coaches

* Ensure the naming convension of "Coach-CoachName-StudentName" (e.g. Coach-Gael-Sezen).
* Use your CoachID to make all coaching bookings and only use your MemberID for non-paid hits.
* Book courts in order of Court 3 > Court 2 > Court 1 so that Court 1 is prioritised for members.
* Remember to add a $10 visitor fee to bookings for non-members.
* Coaches are required to follow the club's Coaching Policy.
