Coaching

Our Club coach is Michael Logarzo. Michael, comes with plenty of experience having set up the MCC Tennis Academy in St Kilda in 2010, which is closing due to St Kilda Junction Oval re developments. He has held local and overseas coaching positions for the past 12 years, was number one Victorian Junior, played as an ATP pro, currently coaches Australia’s number one female junior Zoe Hives. This year Zoe was given a wild card into the 2019 Australian Open in Singles, Doubles and Mixed and are thrilled that this opportunity will lead to greater exposure to elite WTA events here and overseas.

Michael conducts programmes including:

Teddy Tennis (2 ½ – 5 years old; a new initiative)
Hot Shots (5 years and up)
Junior Coaching/Groups (10 years and up)
Adult Groups
Private Lessons
Cardio Tennis
Ladies program (mornings)
Coaching times will evolve according to numbers however in addition to mid week mornings and afternoons, coaching on Saturday and Sunday mornings will now be included.
